More involved rodent or exclusion work may require an inspection before we can give an exact price, but we’ll explain that upfront rather than surprising you after we arrive.

If you’re dealing with rodents, possible entry points, or another situation where we need to understand the property before recommending a solution, an inspection may make more sense. When you contact us, we’ll let you know which approach fits your situation instead of automatically adding an unnecessary appointment.
